Yeah, those have got to be a jewel to regulate. Makes me want to run right out there and find one to play with. I wonder if three damper blocks instead of two would facilitate the same effect. I think Mr. Spurlock did a class on this a while back. This action has a set of "fly dampers" in the bass - not unusual - BUT, in this action, they are below the level of the hammers. See pic.
