Ah, you're showing what I take to be a teflon post for holding in the 
spring, in place of the old system, which was a cloth bushing with a 
center pin through it. I much prefer the old system, and I see no 
trouble going back to it, except for some labor. I find the teflon post 
is sometimes noisy, and I see no reason for it, since the old system 
worked perfectly well and never gave trouble. Well, at least, it never 
gave me trouble.
