[pianotech] Sending smoke signals to Terry Farrell

If I read his most recent, indirect post via Al Guecia correctly, he
receives email from the list just fine (and is how he knew to forward a
response via Al), but has problems sending mail to the list.

I thought he might be getting filtered out by the spam processing system on
the Mailman server, so I "whitelisted" his address, hoping that would do
it. But he will have to attempt posting before we can know. (And email one
of us privately if he has and it doesn't show up on the list.)
