Sorry you see it this way, we're simply trying to be fair.
Hope not breaking any anti-trust rules, our record of
last years shows around 150-200, we're willing to go to 250.

Tom has already correctly identified the core issue of why we cannot discuss
prices.  Basically as a Trade Organization the Anti Trust laws in effect
prohibit us from discussion of price as it can be inferred as price setting.
