[pianotech] Need some help...

David,

We have a lot of Walter pianos around my area (Southern WI).  They are very
nice, well built pianos, and tend to retail on the higher end - a little
more expensive than a comparable Yamaha or Kawai.  I believe they should
resale similarly.  However, given the lack of name recognition, even around
here where they are more numerous, they sometimes don't sell for what they
should, IMO.  So, if you want to sell it for "what it's worth," base your
price upon a comparable Yamaha or Kawai, and go over that by 10%.  YMMV.
