[pianotech] redrilling plates for 90 deg hitchpins

What I have done is to drive the hitch pins out and fill the holes with 
MarineTex paste epoxy from the bottom,
pressing it in until it is just shy of the top surface. This leaves the 
original hole for a drill bit. MarineTex is very tough stuff.

If the hole does not go thru the plate, as in the bass, and you can't 
pull the pin (snapped) and you can't drill it (breaking bits),
make a template of the holes and counterbore from the bottom. Fill with 
MarineTex.
