[pianotech] re-gluing loose hammer felt

I have been on a similar clamp search.  The 5 inch ratchet clamps are 
discontinued.  The 7 inch clamps do the job. ( Garrett-Wade)

Irwin quick clamps have what they call a 2 inch( Home Depot) ratcheting 
clamp.  Works on larger hammers.
