The Garrett Wade ratcheting clamps that I posted to all of you and put
into the TT&T of the Journal are sadly no longer available from
Garrett Wade. I have not found another source. The Bessy clamps that I
ordered and thought would be very similar are a little too big. They
compare to the intermediate size from Garrett Wade. They will work but
are twice as wide and don't wrap around the hammer like the small ones
do. Let me know if any of you are able to find ones with a 2 inch
deep throat that fit nicely around a bass hammer felt. I would like to
get some more myself. I only have two
