[pianotech] More Dues Paying Fiasco (Sigh.......)

The truth is that most of us who think the system is flawed knew that in
the summer of 2011. To trust it to work now, having complained about it
then, doesn't make a bit of sense to me.

The bottom line is Will could have paid his dues earlier. He could have
tried the payment system before the last minute, or do what I did: wrote a
check in December, put a $0.44 stamp on it, and mailed it in in plenty of
time. But he waited until the last minute. I have no sympathy for that. Not
being mean about it, but come on...seriously? :-)

Yeah, the system doesn't work that well. We knew that and continue to
verify that. But let's not mix that up with procrastination.
