See, I'm not one of the really bad ones, like Chuck here (Just kidding, Chuck. And, yes, I am the pot calling the kettle black). Everyone seems to be missing my clearly stated point here. At the outset, I stated that I was unconcerned that this would not be quickly resolved. I am NOT worried. I am 99.99988989999% confident that this will be resolved today when I call. The issues are with the process and the software interface. I realize that you want to do better next time, Chuck. But let's not go hog wild and start doing crazy things like renewing a full day before the deadline. You are clearly overreacting... NOT. Today in the mail I received a letter from Sandy Roady telling me that I had not renewed my membership, and that my membership will be dropped in 30 days. Sigh.. Will Truitt Will - Fear not. I believe these form letters were mailed out on the last day (Jan. 31), before the emailed transactions for the evening were checked. I too procrastinated and didn't get my membership renewed until 11:55 P.M. Jan. 31 (fortunately I didn't have the problems logging in that you did - I've never gotten on the PTG website for any other thing that paying my membership, so I was very fortunate in that regard). Like you, I got the letter, and called Sandy right away. There was no problem - she was very nice about it and assured me that I was good to go. Next year, I'm going to get on the ball and pay on the 30th! Chuck Behm -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
