[pianotech] Where there's fire... there's no smoke

In a piano store I saw on Saturday the warmth was provided by this fire burning compressed sawdust bricks from a piano factory in Germany.

But where to start work; upstairs looks like a warehouse and downstairs looks like a whorehouse! Shiver me timbers.
