Hi, Ron

Obviously you didn't hear Del talking about the need for both spring
tension and mass to get good damping. The metal gives the mass, as he
found out when he replaced a set of those metal damper heads with wood.

Even though my life has become a series of Senior Moments, I'm 98.5%
sure it
was Del who said this.

Regards,
Susan
