I don't turn over pianos. I did once tilt a terminal old upright from East Germany so I could treat its many loose pins with CA, but I later found out I didn't have to. The water-thin CA wicks so well that it can be added to upright pins without tilting. I just hold a shop towel underneath the pin so none of it drips down.
