[pianotech] plate weights

Try on  HF Miller plate.  We did an 8'9" Miller here a couple years ago.
 Heaviest plate I've pulled to date.  After pulling that, I'm pretty
confident I can handle about anything.  But to the point - 1000lbs will
more than handle any plate out there.
