How about putting a C-clamp on each end of the key and steaming it over the spout of a kettle while applying torsion in the required direction by twisting the C-clamps? Or if not steam, how about getting a second person to weild a heat gun while you twist the key? Like a bigger version of working on a mis-aligned hammer shank.
