I didn't know it was made available like that. Hmmm? As for why it's not in
there, is a question that only the PTJ/Home Office staff can answer.<G>
Perhaps the Convention might have put everything a bit late?<G> They do
tend to go the extra mile for the Conventions.
That's my take on it.
