Good luck. It's been tried, and can't be made specific enough to be 
meaningful even to the few who care. Then along comes high performance 
custom action reconfiguration, custom belly redesign, CA, superhammers, 
and other stuff we'll be hearing of any day now that smudges the 
boundaries and further confuses things. I'd settle for honest 
specificity instead of empty hyperbole. "Rebuilt" should be described on 
a by case basis - strings, bridge repairs, stock bore hammers on 
original shanks, or whatever, so it won't be confused with a more 
thorough job which would also be described in greater detail than 
"rebuilt".
