Does this price seem low? 

Assuming the (2012) refinishing is a quality job, and the rebuild that was done 20 years ago is still in good condition, this seems like a steal. Of course, the term "rebuild" is often used inaccurately, and I don't know whether this piano was "completely restored", but it might be worth a look.
