[pianotech] Pic of Kawai pedal rod lock nuts

Thanks to all.
Don, it make sense for Kawai rods.. The top nut should be tightened to the
top cap and the lower nut tightened down to the rod. Btw, are you saying
there are too few pictures of kawais on this list? :)))!
