I think the point is being missed, that even if fees were discussed, that
don't make them relevant to where you live.

For example, if a player tech up in the New England states, charges $95 /
hr, that would not work in the Mid Western 
states. One would probably get by with $55 / hr.

To be more relevant, say someone on the East or West Coast charges $190 for
a tuning, that would be too high for the Mid 
Western States.

So again, it is all relative to where you live - and - what the current
economy will withstand.
