By the way we are in Canada, don't have anti trust laws.

Anti trust laws are to prevent "price fixing"

It was presented very clearly before.  The posting of charges on this list
is not allowed, nor is it legal.  Regardless of your intent, which seems
honorable, you need to refrain from soliciting advice regarding what you (or
others) should charge.
