"Required" - Really? "Assure you" - Are the PTG and local chapters now liable for the quality of work of any RPT? Are you really sayingthat out of all of the technicians that are not members, and all of the technicians that choose to be associates, the onlyway to be assured of "highest standard of quality and expertise" is to hire an RPT?
