How about center hole first, then make yourself a piloted paddle bit, the pilot slightly smaller than the 13/32 center hole with the outside diameter ground to the 9/16 required size. Then a 9/16- piloted 7/8 hole saw for the head. You've probably got everything you need underfoot in the shop already. Ron N
