You know if you pull the action, a good number of tape ends will give up and the wippens will drop. Plus, the flanges are brittle, and when you are re-pinning the sluggish jacks, three of the flanges break. You don't have flanges with you that will fit. Why on earth would you subect the owner to the cost of all that work, however honestly done, when a drop of Protek CLP to each jack centre may fix the problem in a trice, and to the owner's entire satisfaction?
