S&S 45" uprights are notorious for taking a lot of patience and a lot of work to get it in tune. But the good news is that once you've got it there, it will pretty much stay there, especially in a very stable climate like Singapore.

 have difficulties tuning the last 2 octaves(high treble) of this model. 
ctaves and unisons were difficult to set and stay stable. Pins are good and the 
iano condition is still very good. Any comments appreciated.
