Just want to thank Ron Nossaman for the great suggestion regarding above named tool. I got one when they were having a "super sale" and it's been setting on the shelf, (for many months)<G>. I'm just finishing up a Square Grand Action job and used it for trimming the shank ends. Wow! That's slicker'n vaseline on a plastic bar stool! Took about 10 minutes all told. No trauma to the fragile hammer butts/pin flanges that I could tell. Just a slight buzz. That job has always been a delicate procedure, in the past. Not anymore.
