[pianotech] Philmont piano

I just saw on Allan's blog, that Dale and Norman were involved in the restoration of the Philmont Scout Ranch piano. Interestingly, I tuned that piano, or least tried to, back in 1992 or 3, and recommended at that time that it needed to be restored. Glad to see it was finally done.
