Correct, the chart shows a full half size different, but if you calculate 
the metric conversion it is closer to a half-half size different.  13 gauge 
= 0.775 MM = 0.030512" closer to .031" than .030, but pretty much right in 
the middle between US gauges 13 and 13 1/2.  In the larger gauges the 
calculated inch values, rounded to 3 decimal places would round down rather 
than up, but the US gauges are still very close to halfway between the 
metric equivalent gauges, not a full half size different.
