[pianotech] Stripped hammer rail screw

Cut a strip of thin leather to insert into the hole with a little glue,
taper at the screw tip. I poke it in with a piece of wire and insert
the screw to let it dry, trim the excess with an Exacto blade.

Align the strip along the length of rail so as not to expand
the width of the rail.
