Rick,

I'm going to assume that this is a molded plug of some sort and that the
other two are functioning correctly.  The offending plug may have a securing
clip that has broken off or that the plug was not seated securely.  If
either of those conditions exists, then the speaker vibrations could cause
the plug to become unseated.  Inspect the plug for a broken or missing
securing tab.  If it is present then ensure that the plug is properly
seated.  If missing, replace the plug.

List,
Client with new s&c console with qrs "Petine"unit and speaker located  
inside, has had one of the three plugs work its way out enough to  
disconnect. Would the vibrations from speaker be causing this?
Cords are hanging up on trapwork or catching on anything.
