[pianotech] Acrosonic replacement

I have a request from an insurance company to price a new replacement
for a minor smoke damaged 60's vintage Acrosonic.

I appraised its pre-smoke damage value at $800 but they want a new
replacement cost. Must be an expensive policy.

What on the market would be comparable?
