[pianotech] Frozen Nose bolt

I'd have to ask: Is the plate out and you are making sure you have adjustmentability when putting it back in? Or....is the Nut on the nose bolt "frozen"? What is the actual situation, that you need to turn that "nose bolt":?<G>
No elixor is adviseable IMHO. Other methods are.
