Gene, Will has nailed it with this response. I haven't been following this 
thread closely so I don't know
if others have advised the same...............
Unless your "servicing" the piano runs into a significant sum that can't be 
earned easily your focus on this is hurting yourself and your business.
 Follow Will's advice, let it go, it will turn right, one way or another, 
in the end.
