Hi Bruce,
You should try to pass the customer over to a piano disk technician in your
area to see about pricing for a system upgrade.  Particularly since the slot
is already cut.  What system model is currently on the piano?  PDS 128?

Hello everyone.

 

I have a client with solenoids that will not budge on their PianoDisc, no
matter how hard I pull up on them.

 

I haven't got a clue what to do with this situation, and the darn thing is
off warranty.

 

Any thoughts/advice would be much appreciated.
