For our area I agree with Larry.  For our store, I might pay the customer
$350 and cover moving etc.  There are currently too many better quality
pianos in the market.

Value varies from market area to market area.  In this area, Portland, OR,
the piano would be a tough sell.  On a dealer's floor, $1595, but they'd
probably take $500 to $1000.  Craigslist would probably net about $500.
Recently a Gulbransen grand, similar vintage and condition, and about 5
foot, sold for $800.

 

I'm curious what other areas might bring on this piano.
