Ditto here.  I have 3 or 4 of these I got at various thrift stores.  Not the most powerful, but work well and have cloth bags that you don't need to replace.  I've had one that I've used since 1988 when I first started in the business, and it was already old back then.

PortaPower by Hoover.   Strong enough, sucks and blows.   No wheels.   Wheels just break off...30 ft. cord (I have to fold it and strap with velcro to the handle...thick cord)
