[pianotech] "premium" vs. price

Thank you J Patrick. My basic understanding had always been that one  
can discuss rates, etc.,  but not conspire to control them. But this  
pretty clearly states that one cannot even discuss rates. That seems  
pretty goofy to me, but I guess that is what the "LAW" is - so I guess  
I'll hush up a bit.......  :-(
