I'm not mixing anything up, nor looking down my nose at anyone 
who doesn't insist on cleaning a customer's piano at their 
expense. That's all yours.

Now who's getting stupid.

It's "weigh in", incidentally, and it doesn't make a damn what 
the tech thinks. It's the customer's decision to spend the 
money or not to get the piano cleaned. At least it's that way 
here in the middle of the country.
