Thank you.<G> The part that was not explained, (or I missed it), was the hitch pins are cleaned, (wire brushed?), of all paint and then the heat shrink is applied. Once the plate is finished, then the tubing is removed, leaving a nice clean/bare hitch pin as shown in one of the 'finished' photos.
