Gene, What happens when you weaken the rep leave spring just to function? If the click is still there, you may try to add friction to a rep lever pinning. Some friction is important. Kindest Regards, Garret I have not weakened the springs yet but I am amassing a long list from you guys of things to try today. As the whip flanges came separate, I did the pinning and in the process checked and adjusted as required the jack and rep lever pinning.
