I also got some from Rodda paint awhile ago.  You might simply call one of
the varnish companies and ask who provides their pure resin.  Each
manufacturer adds their own driers and such.  Schaff used to sell PDF.
Don't know what it was exactly.

Hmmph, I was afraid of that. 

Checked out Millers web site, can't see anything that looks like what 
you're describing. Lack of goop kind of puts the cabosh on the whole 
concept of using PDF though, don't you think.
