Really? MOST of us? Leave it to me to be left out in the cold 
. Again! I
just found a height adjustable table at Costco and put wheels on it. Problem
solved for about $45.

Robert,

Most of us have the grand action cart designed and built by LaRoy Edwards.
There's also a company called Fluegelbauer that has one (maybe the same
one?) as well.  It does exactly what you're talking about, folds neatly for
storage and carrying to and fro, has wheels that lock, has bumpers to roll
right up to the action and even has attachment to hammer line.  I'm sure
someone has the correct website for you - they're not cheap but neither is a
chiropractor or, ahem, worse . . .
