I can vouch for the "worse" part of the equation! I now have all sorts of dollies and carts and I'm looking at this LaRoy cart, as well. I just spent.. well... okay... my insurance just paid about $65,000 to all the various doctors and hospitals that were involved in putting a 3 inch scar on my lower back on January 16th. I must admit that I'm pain free now and about 15 pounds lighter, but I haven't been able to do any work for the past month. I'm just now starting to get back to some physical therapy, light tuning, etc. and I'm going to the PNW conference near Seattle in a couple of weeks to acquire some more knowledge. I'm also paying an assistant to help me install a couple of Dammp-Chasers next week, and I've been doing some bench work where I can sit for a while. So, by all means, find a way to avoid straining your back! Trust me on this one... :-) Safety first! It does exactly what you're talking about, folds neatly for storage and carrying to and fro, has wheels that lock, has bumpers to roll right up to the action and even has attachment to hammer line.
