Robert, Most of us have the grand action cart designed and built by LaRoy Edwards. There's also a company called Fluegelbauer that has one (maybe the same one?) as well. It does exactly what you're talking about, folds neatly for storage and carrying to and fro, has wheels that lock, has bumpers to roll right up to the action and even has attachment to hammer line.
