[pianotech] Heavy Pedal Spring

There are two coil springs for the damper mechanism. One is on the
damper trapwork lever, and another one is on the damper under frame
inside the piano. I always remove the one on the damper trapwork lever
when it is too heavy. Even without this spring, it is not too light,
and my customers are all happy.
