[pianotech] Damper spring cord

As I said earlier, to make the cord thinner, remove the strands one by one, till you get the proper thickness.

    It's an idea to cut a length of up to a foot, prepare the point as discussed, and pull the cord right through to the end, leaving the rest of the length with the point still on, ready for the next flange job (by which time the point will have further hardened).
