[pianotech] Wurlitzer Spinet key rail removal

I think you mean the nameboard, which is the board that spans the keys betwwen the cheek blocks.  Remove the 2 screws and the ends and tip it toward the action and down a bit and it should slide out between the cheek blocks and the Thayer flange rail that seems to have it trapped.
