BTW, I use the medical term for people who don't respond to reminder letters - called LTF, meaning Lost to Follow-up. If I've sent them two six-month reminders and they don't respond then I mark their record in my database "LTF". If and when they ever do call, they're the last to get scheduled or "emergency" tune-ups for an upcoming party, recital, whatever.
