Do you have the Randy Potter Piano Action Handbook?  It says: Key height: 
64mm Sharp height: 12.3mm, Blow at 46mm, letoff at 3-1.5mm, Key dip at 
10mm, and backcheck distance at 15mm.  I would say your 1-7/8" blow is too 
low.

I need the help of the list again.
I have a Petrof small grand I am trying to regulate.
When I try hammer to string of 1 7/8" the hammer rests on the rail.
When I measured the key height, it is 2 3/8" not 2 1/2".
Anyone know what it is supposed to be?
