I steam out bushings, and almost always, the steam is adequate 
for sizing the holes too. Almost always. That's my first 
choice. Doing regulation on actions that have sloppy balance 
holes, yet aren't getting bushed, I'll likely as not use 
thinned glue in the damaged holes.
